  • Creating a construction schedule
  • Assigning tasks to contractors and subcontractors
  • Tracking project activities
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing the construction project with architects, engineers, and trade workers
  • Ordering and managing materials and equipment
  • Negotiating vendor contracts

Qualifications


  • Candidates who have experience preferably in construction
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Tracking project activities
  • Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • 2 years of experience
  • Appropriate license
