PROJECT MANAGER

This top-level management position comes with a customized routine that must adapt each day to the needs of the staff.

While the responsibilities will vary based upon the size, scope, of the work, some overarching responsibilities include:

Planning budget, hiring and managing staff & contractors, conducting meetings, implementing policies, monitoriing compliance and all regulations.

Construction Site MANAGER

The Site manager manages all functions of the construction job site as it relates to building quality residential homes.

VP OF LAND DEVELOPMENT

The VP of land development is a key role intends to drive the all things in the development process.

They are also responsible for taking all properties through site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and predevelopment construction.
